Rev. Ralph Rippo is an ordained minister through Dayspring Outreach Ministries, a graduate of Faith Fellowship Ministries Advanced Christian Training School, and first year graduate of Rhema Correspondence School. He is the president of Victory In Jesus World Outreach Ministries, having its home base in New Jersey, which was birthed as the result of 21 years of prayer and preparation for such a time as this.

Rev. Ralph Rippo received his Doctorate of Christian Counseling in October of 2006 through Dayspring Outreach Ministries School of Christian Counseling. He and his wife now travel, ministering the uncompromised word of God-of-faith, healing, and prosperity, and Rev. Valerie, who is gifted in song, and has been prophesied over that as she sings God's Word in praise and worship, that people would be healed in physical, spiritual, and emotional areas of their lives, which has happened many times in a service.

The Spirit of God uses Rev. Ralph to speak at numerous churches, (of all denominations), conferences and summits stateside, releasing encouragement to leadership, as well as healing, impartation and a message of how we can receive our Victory In Jesus to the Body of Christ. The emphasis of this ministry is to develop unmovable faith, with an "I can do all things" attitude, that will enable the people of God to be made ready and presentable.
